2.2. Orders can only be placed for delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery outside of UK mainland (eg The Scottish Islands or Scilly Isles) will be subject to additional charge.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Shipping
4.1. We only ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

5.2. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and at yout cost, unless agreed in advance.
5.3. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable time frame upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
5.4. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Product Descriptions
6.1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
6.2. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
6.3. Delivery Lead times – most items are are custom made to order, so lead times are reflective of this, and will vary depending on orders in hand and complexity of the part. If you require special delivery, contact us before ordering and we might be able to accomodate your needs.
7. Shipping
Orders once complete are normally shipped by courier. We endeavour to package items as well as we can, but let us know if your package arrives damaged, and we will do our best to resolve this.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on HomeStudioRack, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of HomeStudioRack and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. HomeStudioRack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or products.
9.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the products purchased.
