Yes absolutely. This is central to everything I do. Just email me with what you’re looking for, and I’ll get back to you with ideas, sketches and prices.

If you’re looking to order something from me: reach out with details of what you’re after:
– I’ll normally send you a sketch/design of your unit and a price. (This helps to confirm dimensions and any other details.). I may also send you an AI generated mockup, if it helps see the unit in context.
– If you’re happy with the design & price, I will add the unit to my shop as a custom item, and send you the link so that you can place your order.
– If you need to make changes, let me know, and I can amend the sketch and let you know of any changes to the price.

Delivery times depend on complexity of the item, how busy I am etc. Typically however, most orders are shipped out between 3 – 4 weeks from order payment. If you need something in a hurry – reach out, as I may be able to accomodate it.

For custom made or customised items, normally no, unless agreed in advance. However, if you have a problem, I’ll do my best to work with you to resolve it.

Yes, I use normal workshop power tools to speed up the process, and also a CNC machine to cut out odd shapes, vents etc. Everything is hand assembled and finished by me.

Normally no, as shipping costs and duty can be prohibitive. But contact me if this is something you need and I can quote for EU or US shipping.

This is normally part of the enquiry process. If I come up with some design options, I’ll typically provide separate sketches and prices. I don’t charge for this. However, if you’re interested in something a bit more detailed, just contact me.

Certainly, I’ll include this in the quotation if you ask for it.
